Who do we ship through? What are my options?
PokerHousePro.com uses UPS and several LTL freight carriers to ship our products.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our items are usually shipped within 1 – 2 business days of your order. You should receive your order delivery within 5 – 7 business days. (Except orders that ship by freight carriers.)
Can I get Saturday delivery?
Saturday delivery is not available.
Can I change an order once it is placed?
We cannot change an order once it has been printed in our warehouse. We can cancel the order for you, providing it has not shipped yet, and you my remake the order with the appropriate changes. But you must call in any case. (1-609-290-4668) If you email, we may not get it before your order ships.
What is your return policy?
At PokerHousePro.com, we realize that not all sales are final.
We will accept returns within 30 days of receipt of goods.
To initiate a return it is mandatory to contact our office either by phone ( 1-609-290-4668 ) or email (email@example.com) to receive a product authorization for return. No returned products will be processed without prior authorization from our office.
Closeout items are unable to be returned.
If an item has been used even only one time, it cannot be returned.
We cannot accept open DVD’s or Playing Cards. They cannot be resold and will not be refunded.
If you receive defective merchandise, it can only be exchanged for a product of equal or lesser value.
If a product is returned and there is no exchange a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
If a product arrives damaged, contact PokerHousePro.com immediately. Once we are notified, a claim will be placed with the shipping company. Once the claim has been resolved the product will need to be sent back and a replacement will be sent out.
All freight orders must be inspected BEFORE the END USER accepts the shipment. If damage is not discovered and a shipment is accepted and signed for then PokerHousePro.com is not responsible for replacing the product. Signing for a shipment without noting on the Bill of Lading is stating that the shipment was free from damage and in perfect condition. All freight deliveries must be inspected, no matter how large the order is.
